Anybody who has ever owned a cat (or a dog) will understand the pain and emotion connected with losing them. My son, (pictured here with me in 1999 at university) was my friend, and trusted companion during my years at Loughborough. Back in 1999, he was lurking outside my room during revision in the first year at uni, and we were inseparable ever since. He ended up accompanying me at university for my entire 4 years (I even took him to a few lectures with me!)...I was about 19, and Rinku was 8 months. Miss him
